France/Aude: several days dedicated to social action

From September 27 to 29, the département is hosting meetings of the Association nationale des directeurs d'action sociale et de santé (Andass), in Carcassonne and Leucate.

250 participants from local authority management teams in charge of solidarity, social action and social development. As part of the Andass national days, the Département is preparing to welcome a large number of participants. From Wednesday September 27 to Friday September 29, participants (local elected representatives and social action professionals) will discuss a question deemed "paradoxical": "40 years of decentralization of social action, age of reason or mid-life crisis?"Indeed, the hindsight offered will provide food for thought: the event will take place in two distinct and emblematic locations across the region.

On Wednesday 27, the event kicks off in Carcassonne with a tour of the Cité and, above all, a series of four itineraries, each offering an insight into a cultural action or territory. On Thursday and Friday, the meetings will continue in Leucate, with round-table discussions and workshops that will culminate in a final report.
