Benin/ Extension of the annual work plan of the DDS Atacora in Natitingou

The different actors of the health sector of the Atacora department, during a workshop launched this Thursday in Natitingou, by the representative of the prefect of the department Isdine Tassou, are appropriating the content of the annual work plan of the departmental health directorate of the department.

This workshop, scheduled to last two days, also intends to share with the actors the observations of the Audit Chamber of the Supreme Court on the performance report of the health sector, prepared on the basis of self-evaluation reports. It will also be a question of presenting the guide for the elaboration of the self-evaluation report and the method for calculating the TEP

"The elaboration of the Annual Work Plan (AWP) responds to a need for planning activities related to the attributions of the structures induced by the reform of the territorial administration. It is part of the implementation of results-based management," recalled the representative of the prefect of Atacora, at this workshop.

Before giving the go-ahead for the start of work, Isdine Tassou, on behalf of the prefectural authority, welcomed the approach of the departmental health directorate, which, he said, consists of presenting the budgetary reform to the actors of the chain.
