Commune d'Agoudim (Midelt province) - Over 1,800 people benefited from a multidisciplinary medical caravan organized last weekend for the inhabitants of the commune of Agoudim (Midelt province).

Organized in coordination with the provincial Delegation of Health and Social Protection, this social and supportive caravan aimed at bringing healthcare closer to the inhabitants of remote and hard-to-reach areas, offered medical services in several specialties, including general medicine, dentistry, cardiology, pediatrics, internal medicine and gynecology-obstetrics.The caravan offered medical services in several specialties, including general medicine, dentistry, cardiology, pediatrics, internal medicine and gynecology-obstetrics.

To this end, a large number of human and technical resources were mobilized, in addition to medical and paramedical staff, to provide the necessary care to beneficiaries in the best possible conditions.

In a statement to MAP, Achraf Hasnaoui, chairman of the organizing committee for this initiative, said that this humanitarian action offered medical services to the people of the Agoudim commune, particularly women, children and the elderly.Agoudim, in particular women, children and people in vulnerable situations, while highlighting the positive impact of such actions on beneficiaries in different communes of the Kingdom.

This medico-social action also provided examinations and screenings for various pathologies, in addition to the free distribution of medicines, he said.

A number of beneficiaries also thanked the various contributors to the success of this caravan, whose aim is to bring together and improve the health services provided to people living in predominantly mountainous areas.
