Under the "One Youth, One Solution" scheme, local authorities can employ young people under certain conditions. These "Parcours emploi compétences" (PEC) contracts provide financial support to the employer and allow the beneficiaries to access potentially sustainable professional integration and training. The first contract lasts for one year and may be renewable.

To this end, the commune of Pocé-sur-Cisse, in collaboration with the local Mission Loire Touraine, has recruited three eligible young girls. Solène and Laura, the first with a CAP in early childhood and the second with a professional baccalaureate in human services, are involved in extracurricular activities. Romane, who holds a general baccalaureate, helps with school catering and maintenance of the premises. The official signing of these contracts took place on January 6, in the village hall, in the presence of Philippe François, sub-prefect of Loches, and Claude Courgeau, mayor of Pocé-sur-Cisse. " Giving young people a chance to integrate into society through work and training must be a constant desire," explained the two officials.
