A meeting to raise awareness of violence against women was held on Wednesday in Meknes, with the aim of contributing to the creation of a safe family environment that rejects violence. Initiated by the provincial delegation of Entraide Nationale in Meknes, the meeting was part of the 22nd national campaign to combat violence against women and girls, launched on November 25 under the theme "Pour un environnement familial favorable à un développement social sans violence à l'égard des femmes".

For her part, the President of the Equity and Equal Opportunity Authority at the Meknès Prefectoral Council of Meknes, Hakima Rgaibi, emphasized that this meeting was intended to contribute to the emergence of a new generation free of violence and violence against women.She added that the family is the gateway to achieving this goal by instilling these values in children and young people.
