France/To mark 50 years of twinning with Kofu, a week to immerse yourself in Japanese culture
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the twinning between Pau and Kofu, Japan, the town is organizing a week dedicated to Japanese culture, from November 1 to 8. An opportunity to meet Japanese people who are delighted to share their art of living.
A whole week, from November1 to 8 (and even longer for some exhibitions), is the time the royal city will devote to the 50th anniversary of the twinning between Pau and Kofu. "Time to immerse yourself in Japanese culture, its gastronomy, its films - in short, everything that makes up the life of a people", summarized First Deputy Jean-Louis Peres as he presented the rich program of events planned.
