On Saturday, Balla Moussa Fofana, Minister of Urban Planning, Territorial Collectivities and Regional Development, launched the work of the forum for the popularization and implementation of the Communal Development Plan (PDC) of Ndiédieng, in the Kaolack region (center).

This plan, a strategic document resulting from a participative and inclusive approach, is a tool that translates the vision and aspirations of the population into concrete projects aimed at improving their conditions. It responds to good territorial governance, ensuring efficient, pragmatic and coherent management of the commune's affairs", noted Mr. Fofana.
