The National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), in its 3rd phase, is giving prime importance to promoting artistic and literary development and awakening among children and young people in a wide range of fields, through the creation of centers and establishments dedicated to this purpose.

In a statement to MAP, Ismail Ouammou, head of department at the Division de l'action sociale (DAS) at the Mohammedia prefecture, said that the center, dedicated to epanouissement, is the fruit of a partnership between the provincial directorate of national education, pre-school and sports, which fitted out the space, and the CPDH, which was responsible for equipping it.
The creation of this center is part of the 3rd phase of the INDH, in particular the "Impulsion du capital humain des générations montantes" program.and in the wake of efforts to encourage academic excellence and combat the main causes of school drop-out, he explained.
The CPDH has allocated a budget of 400.000 dirhams to purchase the equipment and supplies needed to ensure the smooth running of this educational establishment, which aims to strengthen cognitive abilities and skills, as well as to improve the quality of education.s and cognitive skills, as well as the academic progress of around 400 primary school pupils, which will have a positive impact on their academic success, noted Mr. Ouammou. He also noted that the CPDH is continuing its mobilization through a financial contribution of around 4 million dirhams to the "fostering the development of children and adolescents" axis, with the help of several associations active in this field.s of several associations active in this field, with a view to improving the school environment and supporting the openness of schoolchildren and teenagers through cultural, artistic and sporting extracurricular activities.
For his part, Othmane Khallaoui, President of the Ziryab Foundation for Education and Training, said that the creation of this project was in line with the objectives and commitments of the 2022-2026 roadmap drawn up by the Ministry of National Education, in particular the program for extracurricular activities.
The implementation of this project aims to achieve a number of objectives through the reinforcement of cultural outreach mechanisms, the animation of school life and the consolidation of citizenship values, as well as the artistic and creative aspects, in addition to discovering and perfecting talents, he continued.
The realization of this project, which aims to contribute to the improvement of the education sector, was made possible thanks to INDH, the provincial directorate of the Provincial Department of National Education, Preschool and Sports, and the Association of Parents and Guardians of Pupils, he added.
Registration at the center for the 2024-2025 school year is open until October 10 to students in the primary, junior high and qualifying high school cycles.
