The Minister of Digitalization, Mrs. Aurelie ADAM SOULE ZOUMAROU proceeded on Friday, January 21, 2022 at the Novotel Orisha Cotonou, to the launch of the scoping workshop of the e-Education project. It was in the presence of the three Ministers in charge of Education, Salimane KARIMOU, Minister of Nursery and Primary Education; Eleonore YAYI LADEKAN, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Kouaro Yves CHABI, Minister of Secondary Education, Technical and Vocational Training.

In accordance with the government's vision, the e-Education project must optimize learning and a better quality of transmission of knowledge using digital tools, she said.

e-Education is a project of the Government of the Republic of Benin, which aims to unify and optimize the Management Information Systems of students and staff.It is a cross-cutting project, which aims to unify and optimize the Management Information Systems of students and supervisory staff, in order to enable better financial and statistical governance in the Beninese education system. During the meeting, the Ministers gave guidance to the ASSI teams and the cabinet that accompanies them, for an effective and efficient implementation of the project which, in addition to the platforms, infrastructure and digital solutions already put in place by the government, will further modernize the education-training sector in Benin.
