23 participants from Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal and all over France gathered in Broissia to develop socio-cultural projects and draw the lines for a better consideration of well-being and nature in associative and private entrepreneurship.
Founded in 2014, the association aims to build sustainable links between individuals, their community and their environment. Since 2019, Synoksin runs the associative bar Le Baradis in the commune of Chatillon.

Well-being and collective

How to improve the quality and level of well-being in our collective projects by relying on shared governance and body ecology?

"We choose Shared Governance as a working method because it brings us self-respect and respect for the collective, the involvement of all in the decisions and the sharing of responsibilities. We choose body ecology as a means of discovery, experimentation and creation because it invites us to modify the relationship of the body to the environment from a modification of the consciousness, from an emersion in the body of the effects of the environment in it. During 12 days, we have developed about fifteen initiatives that will make up a booklet retracing the participants' journey.

And she adds:

"This booklet will be published in the autumn and will relate the collective experience, the presentation of the projects, the tools used, the connection to nature, feeling competent and fully aware of one's abilities, expressing one's emotions and communicating as a group."
A lot of work has been done upstream and downstream in terms of logistics, as we wanted to work in the open air: reception under a tent, work space in a teepee, yurt, partnership with Oasis de Lons-le-Saunier for the loan of furniture, crockery and collective kitchen with local organic products. During the evening of July 18, a tasting evening around the wood oven allowed the villagers to meet this group of participants a festive meal with Franc-Comtois and Italian flavors with the inevitable pizzas creating a link with the inhabitants delighted with this invigorating and providential initiative, conducive to beautiful encounters which will be legion in the valley.
