Description :

The city of Poitiers and the Public Hygiene - Environmental Health Activity Center, offers you a mission around the prevention and the fight of the proliferation of the Mosquito stalk.

The objectives of the mission are:

- To inform the inhabitants of the presence of a new species on the territory "the tiger mosquito" to fight against its proliferation.
- To transmit good practices to the inhabitants to fight against the "tiger mosquito" to limit as much as possible the risks of infection and the nuisances caused by this mosquito.

In order to carry out this mission, the volunteer will participate in a technical training on this topic.

The volunteer will be responsible for:
- The volunteer will be responsible for: - Raising awareness of the inhabitants on the good gestures to fight against the tiger mosquito. (e.g. door to door)
- Develop awareness activities that could be deployed to young people in the neighborhoods.
From April 15, 2021 (6 months, 24 hours/week)
