France/NOTE TO LOCAL GOVERNMENTS - Webinar to Present the Winners of the Call for Projects on Sustainable Coastal Development

On the occasion of the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 3) and the Summit of Coastal Cities and Regions, to be held in Nice in June 2025, the Delegation for Local Authorities and Civil Society (DCTCIV) and its partners officially launched a call for projects to support decentralized cooperation on sustainable coastal development.

The list of winners, available by clicking here, was announced in the spring of 2026. To provide more details on the selected projects and the planned actions, the DCTCIV and its partners are hosting a webinar on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The DCTCIV would like to thank all of its partners who participated in this call for projects: the French Development Agency (AFD), the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the Center for Studies and Expertise on Risks, the Environment, Mobility, and Urban Planning (Cerema), United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), the Ocean and Climate Platform (POC), and the Global Center for Climate Mobility (GCCM).

Cerema will also assist the selected project leaders by providing individual and collective support throughout the implementation of their projects.
