France/ At the Associations Forum, the City of Saint-Lô reaffirms its support for OVA in promoting volunteerism

On Saturday, September 5, 2026, on the sidelines of the Associations Forum organized by the Office de la vie associative (Ova), Emmanuelle Lejeune, the mayor of Saint-Lô (Manche), and Laurent Enguehard, the president of the Ova, renewed an agreement. The agreement aims to support volunteerism over the next two years.

After greeting dozens of organizations present at the Saint-Lô (Manche) Community Organizations Forum on Saturday, September 5, 2026, the city’s mayor, Emmanuelle Lejeune, put pen to paper to renew a partnership agreement with the Office de la vie associative (Ova), chaired by Laurent Enguehard.

A €2,000 grant to support volunteer work

It was, in fact, the OVA that had been spearheading the organization of this forum for several months. This agreement notably provides for financial assistance in the amount of 2,000 € from the city to support volunteer work.
