Congo/ Solidarity: NGO Elan de cœur donates school kits to disadvantaged children

To mark the start of the new school year, the non-governmental organization (NGO) Elan de cœur, headed by Nadine Hounsinou Ngari, renewed its commitment to underprivileged children in Pointe-Noire. She handed out school kits, relieving parents in difficulty as classes resume.

True to its mission of sowing love and supporting the most vulnerable, Elan de cœur once again marked the start of the new school year with a gesture of solidarity towards underprivileged children. This year, several orphanages in the city of Pointe-Noire, including the Centre d'accueil des mineurs in Mvoumvou, the Padre-Pino orphanageorphanage in Ngoyo la plaine, and the Mission du cœur in Ngoyo Puma.

Each kit, adapted according to class level, contained the essential materials needed to get the year off to a good start. These included bags, notebooks, pens, slates, pencils, erasers, rulers and many other essential supplies. These kits represent much more than mere objects, as they are a key to enabling children to access education under the right conditions and develop their potential.

A moment of solidarity and hope

The event was a great opportunity to meet and share, strengthening the bonds between the children, their families and the NGO team. The smiles on the children's faces as they received their schoolbags and notebooks testified to the importance of this simple yet hopeful gesture. This gesture, inspired by faith and compassion, reaffirms the ngo's ongoing commitment to promoting access to education for all, without distinction.

In her opening remarks, the president of the NGO Elan de cœur expressed her gratitude to all the members and volunteers who, through their availability and dedication, contributed to the success of this donation campaign. " Seeing the smiles on these children's faces is our greatest reward. We believe that by giving them the means to learn, we are sowing seeds for the future and for hope ", Nadine Hounsinou Ngari confided with emotion.
