Commune de Sidi Moussa El Majdoub (Prefecture of Mohammedia) - An exhibition showcasing local produce and crafts is being held from July 22 to 27 in the commune of Sidi Moussa El Majdoub (Zenata), on the initiative of the Comité Préfectoral de Développement Humain (CPDH) of the Mohammedia Prefecture, in partnership with the Chamber of Crafts and the Chamber of Agriculture of the Casablanca-Settat Region.

Inaugurated on Thursday by the Governor of the Mohammedia Prefecture, Adil El Maliki, President of the CPDH, this exhibition brings together some thirty exhibitors, including project holders from the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), as well as traditional craftsmen and women, in addition to several agricultural cooperatives.

On this occasion, Abid Saadaoui, Director of the Casablanca-Settat Regional Chamber of Agriculture, emphasized that this exhibition aims to promote the social and solidarity economy, by offering cooperatives visibility and opportunities to showcase their distinctive products.

In a statement to MAP, he emphasized INDH's commitment to the entrepreneurial dynamic and the valorization of successful experiences, in this case through the organization of such events.

For their part, exhibitors were unanimous in expressing their gratitude for INDH's constant accompaniment and strong support, which never ceases to contribute to the development of their projects and the improvement of their quality of life.

This exhibition, which celebrates the 26th anniversary of the Feast of the Throne, is part of the rich program of the 1st Zenata Equestrian Festival.

It is an opportunity to support the social and solidarity economy, and to help rural women and young people in particular, by marketing their products and improving their incomes.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a religious ceremony organized by the local Council of Ulemas, followed by a visit to a book fair and the distribution of copies of the Holy Koran by the Delegation of Habous of the Mohammedia prefecture.

In addition, a traditional equestrian demonstration (Tbourida) punctuates the exhibition throughout the days.
