Congo/Discovery: the Reims-Brazzaville twinning committee visits the Musée de l'Homme in Paris
As a prelude to preparations for a trip to Brazzaville and an exhibition on Wax loincloths, members of the twinning committee spent a day exploring the Château-Rouge district in Paris's 18th arrondissement, before a visit to the Musée de l'Homme.
On Saturday April 26, members of the Reims-Brazzaville Twinning Committee took a leisurely stroll through the Rue Dejean, Rue des Poissonniers and Rue de Panama area. On the spot, the delegation had a bite to eat in a restaurant run by a Congolese woman. This was followed by a visit to the Musée de l'Homme, to discover the human race in all its anthropological, historical and cultural diversity.
