The merits of some thirty students and twenty teachers were recognized. The winners received motorcycles, bicycles, laptops, school bags, school supplies, certificates of merit and attestations.
"This day is about promoting excellence, recognizing work well done and merit. Our commune wants to move in the direction of excellence. To be excellent, you have to recognize the work of those who fight every day to ensure that the results we achieved this year can be improved upon in future years.the results we've achieved this year can be improved on in future years", explained Léonard Gougou, President of the Special Delegation (PDS) of the Koubri commune.
This initiative is positively appreciated by the winners. The prize for best teacher in the commune went to Appolinaire Bazié. Out of 104 of his pupils, 103 obtained the CEP. "I'd like to thank the organizers of this event. I'm not the only winner, because I owe this success to my colleagues too. I'm a chalk Volunteer for the Defense of the Fatherland (VDP). The secret of this success is hard work and sacrifice. You also have to ask your colleagues for advice. Being a teacher in an exam class requires a lot of sacrifice," said an emotional Mr. Bazié.
The ceremony was held under the patronage of the Governor of the Centre region, Abdoulaye Bassinga. He emphasized that these good results are the fruit of the synergy of actions between the commune's education players.
He also congratulated parents on the sacrifice they had made to ensure their children attended school. Abdoulaye Bassinga congratulated the special delegation on this initiative, which is sure to cheer up pupils and teaching staff alike.
