France/Saint-Prest. Complementary health care for local residents

A Projet santé partnership has been set up between the Eure-et-Loir mayors' association (AMF) and Axa France, to enable interested Eure-et-Loir communes to offer their residents individual supplementary health insurance at promotional rates.

Following a survey of the entire population, Robert Baldo, mayor of Saint-Prest and president of the CCAS, supported by his deputy and CCAS vice-president, Patricia Lantenois, approved the scheme for the commune of Saint-Prest. Following numerous questionnaires collected from residents, a public meeting was held on Friday March 15, to present the proposed offers.

Seventy people attended the meeting, at which the speakers explained in detail the various modules and options available for this complementary health insurance scheme, depending on the type of contract.s for this complementary health insurance, tailored to the needs of the member and aimed at the entire population of Saint-Prest, with no age limit.

Members are free to compare their current health insurance with Axa's "communal health insurance offer". Personalized support and follow-up is also provided, with a dedicated contact person for the duration of the contract.

The new member will benefit from a group rate for individualized protection, with a reduction of almost 20%.
