France/Lavaur. Training to grow the local economy
Accompanying, training and supporting: the Communauté de communes Tarn-Agout (CCTA) continues its commitment to a vibrant, supportive economic fabric.
Throughout the year, craftsmen, shopkeepers, managers and self-employed professionals have been able to take advantage of free workshops, designed in partnership with the Tarn Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Tarn Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA). The aim: to strengthen local skills and meet the concrete needs of local players, by encouraging the exchange of experience and collective skills development.
The final event of the 2025 season will be the "Managing customer opinions on social networks" workshop, hosted by the Tarn CCI. It will take place on Monday November 24. Two sessions are scheduled, in Lavaur (9 a.m.-12 p.m.) and Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe (2-5 p.m.), at Maisons France Service. This is an opportunity to discuss a key issue: digital reputation and online customer relations, essential levers for visibility and consumer confidence.
