The Ile-de-France start-up offers places in furnished residences, with the advantages of community living, shared spaces, convivial moments and mutualized services.

Commune, a young start-up launched in 2021, offers special "single-parent family" residences. "These are furnished accommodations, with shared places and moments of conviviality, shared services as well, such as baby-sitting, tutoring, sports classes, legal assistance....", explains Tara Heuzé-Sarmini, one of the co-founders of Commune.

The goal of the star-up: "toreduce the mental burden and find a balance", says the young woman. Families can live there from 1 to 3 years and can, thanks to this solution, save up to 30% compared to the alternatives of the current market.

The first two residences are scheduled to open in 2023, one in Paris and the other in the Yvelines. Each will be able to accommodate about 25 families.
