France/NOTE AUX COLLECTIVITÉS TERRITORIALES Sport, francophonie et coopération décentralisée: Sport Afrique broadcast on Africa Radio
In recent years, France has developed a veritable sports diplomacy, now seen as a fully-fledged tool of our foreign policy. Decentralized cooperation in the field of sport has also grown considerably.
To this end, since 2021, the Delegation for Local Authorities and Civil Society (DCTCIV) has launched its annual call for Sport and Decentralized Cooperation projects.
At the microphone of Bruno LALANDE and Daniel ZIELINSKI, Frédéric CHOLÉ - Delegate for Territorial Collectivitiess territoriales et la Société civile - had the opportunity to talk about it during his interview on the Sport Afrique program on Africa Radio.
