As part of the "Rencontres de la Commission nationale de la coopération décentralisée", the Delegation for Local Authorities and Civil Society (DCTCIV) organized a webinar entitled "Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3), Summit of Cities and Coastal Regions: what lessons?" on Thursday, September 25, 2025, in the presence of :
- Agnès RAMPAL - Deputy Mayor of Nice and Vice-President of the Nice Côte d'Azur metropolis.
- Flore LATOURNERIE - Advisor to the French President's Special Envoy, Ambassador for Poles and Maritime Issues.
- Théophile BONGARTS LEBBE - Head of Coastal Adaptation at the Ocean and Climate Platform (POC).
