Canada/CSRPA: $188,000 to combat food insecurity
A project by the Commission de services régionaux de la Péninsule acadienne to combat food insecurity will benefit from $188,000 in funding from the federal government.
With this funding, we hope to draw up a portrait of the situation in the region, identify innovative practices that exist elsewhere, and develop a five-year action plan.
The aim is to get to the root of the problem, according to CRSPA.
A first meeting between stakeholders will take place this fall.
