France/"We want to create memories for them": one hundred young people from Béziers go to summer camp at La Grande-Motte

Going on vacation when you don't necessarily have the means or the opportunity - that's what the "Pour Béziers" association is offering, in partnership with 3MTKD. For the second time, it is taking young people from Béziers to a vacation camp at La Grande-Motte.

For the second year running, the "Pour Béziers" association, in partnership with 3MTKD, is taking young people from Béziers on vacation to La Grande Motte. Without the association, they wouldn't necessarily have the means or the opportunity.

This year, one hundred young people from various districts of the town took part, staying for a week at the "Poséidon" leisure center. A third of them come from the Devèze district, which has recently been hit by violence.

On the program: digital detox and outdoor activities. The young holidaymakers enjoy a wide range of facilities, including volleyball, basketball and petanque courts, as well as four accrobranche courses and paintball.
