Thanks to their in-depth knowledge of local dynamics and the skills at their disposal, local authorities have a central role to play in the sustainable management of marine resources and their development in the service of food. However, the fishing industry remains largely absent from territorial food projects (PAT), even though it represents a strategic lever for food sovereignty, local economic development and territorial resilience.

To better understand the obstacles and identify the levers of action available to local authorities, the Let's Food association invites you to take part in the webinar :

Food fisheries and local authorities:

How can we encourage and facilitate local authorities' commitment to a sustainable and nourishing fishing industry, particularly in the context of their territorial food projects?

Date and time: Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Paris time).

Format: online.
