France/Guiche Lorraine: an unlikely twinning project between the Basque Country and Quebec
A strange Basque has a twinning project for Lorraine.
Cédrick Hugues explains his project on his YouTube channel: "Here's my pie situation: I'm organizing the twinning of Guiche, a village near Bayonne, with Lorraine in Canada." And yes, Lorraine, a town of 9,500 inhabitants near Montreal. And Cédrick gets into it simply "because it's fun"
