SENEGAL-COLLECTIVITY-ENVIRONMENT / The Head of State officially launched the eighth national clean-up day

The President of the Republic, Bassirou Diomaye Faye, officially launched the 8th National Clean-up Day on Saturday at the Cité Comico - Coopérative de construction militaire, in the commune of Yeumbeul nord, on the outskirts of Dakar.

The launch ceremony took place at the Comico field in the presence of the Minister of the Armed Forces, General Birame Diop, and Dakar's administrative and territorial authorities.

Under the theme "Seetal sa gokh, aar sa yaaram: aux côtés des citoyens, les forces armées s'engagent", the ceremony was well attended by defense and security forces and their families.

The organization of this eighth edition of the national clean-up day is entrusted to the Ministry of the Armed Forces.
