Vietnam and Canada strengthen their partnership in science and technology
A memorandum of understanding has just been signed between the Vietnamese Higher Education Network for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (VNEI) and the Association of Colleges and Institutes of Canada (CICAN), marking a new stage in scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries.
The agreement aims to develop a proposal funded by the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs for the creation of a "Canada-Vietnam Innovation Centre", designed to stimulate innovation and startup development.
