The INDH Fund has contributed 2.2 million dirhams to this project, including 700,000 dirhams for equipment, while the Agency for Economic and Social Promotion and Development of the Northern Provinces has contributed 2 million dirhams.

Entraide Nationale, for its part, has been entrusted with the task of supervising and supporting the project, while the Dar Talib Amsila Islamic Charitable Association is responsible for managing the establishment.
