France - Lebanon/ NOTE TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES: FACECO - support for the people of Lebanon
The Centre de Crise et de Soutien (CDCS) will shortly be publishing a document summarizing the possibilities of contributing to FACECO to support the people of Lebanon.
Communities can already contribute by following the steps below:
- Issue a resolution expressly indicating the amount of the payment and the recipient of the funds: "FACECO - support for the people of Lebanon".
- Send the public accountant (DGFiP) a payment order supported by the resolution (PJ) and with the following payment references: the RIB of the DSFIPE and the wording, if possible reduced to "Liban RC-1-2-00263 Nom Collectivité".
- The public accountant approves the payment mandate and sends the transfer to the address indicated by the donor.
- The donor sends the resolution by e-mail to dsfipe.recettes@dgfip.finances.gouv.fr, with the same subject line (FACECO - support for the people of Lebanon) and an e-mail to the CDCS: fdc209.cdcs@diplomatie.gouv.fr.
- On receipt of the funds and the resolution (both are required), the DSFIPE revenue department will credit the assistance fund.
