A training session on the "protection and promotion of children's rights" was launched on Tuesday in Algiers by the Organe national de protection et de promotion de l'enfance (ONPPE) for university students in various specialties.

This three-day session is part of a series of training sessions organized by the ONPPE, in particular those dedicated to those working in the field of children's rights, said Ms. Cherfi.

For his part, Mostéfa Khiati, President of the Fondation nationale pour la promotion de la santé et du développement de la recherche (FOREM), stressed the importance of these training sessions in promoting children's rights and learning about measures taken to protect them.
