Bénin/COMMUNE DE COVÈ: Meeting of the local council with a delegation of CEG (collège d'enseignement général) principals

The Directors expressed their sincere thanks to the local councillors, and in particular to the Mayor, for their determination and unfailing commitment to education. Romuald GANGNON, Director of CEG1 de Covè and spokesman for the Directors, spoke of the financial support granted each year for the organization of the "Travaux Dirigés", which contribute enormously to students' success in the various end-of-year exams.

Mayor Amoussou Auguste AÏHUNHIN expressed his gratitude to his hosts for their sense of recognition. He also assured them of his continued support, which will never be lacking. For the local authority, education is the essential pillar of true and sustainable development.

It was therefore an opportunity for the local authority to reaffirm its determination to believe in a prosperous future through education. Mr. AÏHUNHIN is convinced that investment in young people is the key to harmonious, sustainable development.
