Canada/Call for innovation projects related to digital technologies in education (measure 15081)
The application period for Innovation projects related to digital technologies in education (measure 15081) is open until May 5. This measure provides funding for projects that stimulate the development of innovative pedagogical practices in preschool education, youth education, adult education and vocational training.
The project submission period for the 2024-2025 school year runs from April 1 to May 5, 2024 on the CollecteInfo portal.
Innovation projects are designed to stimulate the development of innovative teaching practices linked to digital technologies in the school network.
Component 1: Digital technology innovation projects
This component pursues the following objective:
▪ Provide financial support for innovative activities that foster the development of digital skills for all learners.
Component 2: TechnoFAD projects
This component pursues the following objective:
▪ Promote better use of digital tools to transform the usual training framework for vocational programs through asynchronous learning.
Eligible clients
Teachers, professionals, principals and support staff from the following levels of education are eligible:
- Preschool education
- Primary and secondary education
- General adult education
- Vocational training
Submitting projects
Projects must be submitted via the CollecteInfo portal. A maximum of $20,000 will be allocated for each project selected.
