Market gardener Les Serres Gatineau wins the "Doing business together" prize in the OSEntreprendre challenge.

"Right from the start, when we saw this category, we told ourselves that this award was for us," says Serres Gatineau co-owner Caroline Chénier enthusiastically.

Serres Gatineau produces and processes vegetables and fine herbs. The company retails them fresh, or in processed form as marinade or ketchup at its boutique at 1984 Boulevard Maloney E (route 148) in Gatineau.

Another part of its production is also sold to other local processing companies.

A distinction that underscores the importance of the local economy
