Tagba Ataféyinam Tchalim, the secretary general of the Greater Lomé Autonomous District (DAGL), has just returned from a visit to Dakar.

The two capitals had signed a twinning agreement 27 years ago, but nothing has ever been done to give life to this project.

Tagba Ataféyinam Tchalim participated in Dakar in a meeting of West African cities and apex organizations organized by the International Association of Francophone Mayors (AIMF).

The DAGL includes the 13 municipalities of the capital.
