Benin/ADECOB Executive Board meeting: Mayors and SEs from Borgou discuss communal performance tools and improving the rate of consumption of ADF resources

During this session, the performance tools implemented by the association in the communes were presented and improvements were suggested by the Mayors and Executive Secretaries.
Discussions also focused on the underconsumption of ADF resources, the level of mobilization of the communes' own resources and the management of livestock markets. Recommendations and important decisions were made to help the communes stay on course and improve their performance.
