The Maison des femmes des Bois-Francs and Solidarité Nord-Sud des Bois-Francs, in collaboration with Mères au front Arthabaska-Érable, are proposing a public activity entitled Consomm'Actrice, on Thursday, March 16, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Lewis Café (47, Notre-Dame East). This is an opportunity to reflect on our purchasing habits and to discover practical solutions for opting for sustainable products.

This free and interactive conference will be led by Caroline Larocque, project manager in sustainable development at the Women's Environmental Network. This non-profit organization's mission is to develop the power of action of individuals and organizations in order to improve the quality of the environment, health and well-being. Women's initiatives for the collective good. To learn more about the Women's Environmental Network:

Note that a $5 coupon, redeemable at the Lewis Café that evening, will be offered to the first 25 people in attendance; this will allow participants to discover the Lewis' fair trade coffees and wines.

A conference that offers the keys to responsible consumption, inviting us to become actors of change.
