France/In the Aisne, the Departmental Digital Council fights against illiteracy
Last March, as part of its Strategy for the Development of Digital Uses and Services (SDUSN), the Aisne Department set up the Departmental Digital Council. A few months later, the first results of the fight against illiteracy are already visible on the territory.
