This Tuesday, in Brest, the town hall of Quatre-Moulins invited the inhabitants of the district to discover the projects carried out by partner institutions or by inhabitants.

Mathieu Lavie, local development officer at Brest Metropole, presented the Brest-based "Je participe" program. The guests were then able to go directly to discuss with the project leaders, who came with their documentation. The session ended with a friendly drink.
