France/Bohars. A survey to know the needs of the inhabitants

This is a first in the commune. The realization of an analysis of the social needs of the inhabitants has been entrusted to Estelle Lucas, who is finishing her master 2 in management of territories and local development, at the faculty of Brest.

The student has drawn up two questionnaires: one for primary school children whom she will meet in their schools, and the second for adults.

The questions concern housing, health, mobility, digital technology, cultural and sports life and the difficulties encountered by people as they age.

Boharsiens have until July 7 to fill out this totally anonymous survey. Before September 30, Estelle Lucas will analyze the responses and produce a report that will enable her to "build a social policy that best meets the needs expressed".

One thousand questionnaires have been printed. They are available at the town hall, in communal buildings and shops and also in digital version on the town hall website.

"The more responses we get, the closer we can get to the expectations of Boharsiens," say Pascale Albert, deputy for social affairs, and Manon Lérand, director general of services.
