France/ Lesneven. Hospital-Amadeus: a stronger partnership

24,000 meals delivered by Amadeus in 2022

The aim? "To provide a meal delivery service for the CLCL area, using meals prepared by the Lesneven hospital kitchen.

At the new Amadeus premises in Lesneven, Jean-Paul Nicolas and Anne Rougnant, director of the hospital's Ehpad unit, renewed the first agreement on Wednesday, dating back to 2005. " We are now working on a more in-depth agreement", the two signatories admit.

Amadeus now distributes meals in three communities of communes, "those of Abers and Landerneau Daoulas having joined the CLCL".

"In 2022, we are on the basis of 141 users regularly delivered by Amadeus. This represents an annual total of 24,000 meals," boasts Jean-Paul Nicolas.

All these meals are based on the recommendations of a dietician. "Each dish is well-balanced. Not forgetting that they are based on local, seasonal produce," adds Claire Szabo, head of the catering department. The food is then delivered to users on a cold delivery basis.
