In the space between the administrative and professional buildings, an empty space had to be reduced, and is now waiting to receive a tree, symbolizing the bond of friendship between EREA and Envol. This action took place in two stages. The students planted a tree of the same species, a Japanese maple, in each structure, starting with Envol.

This was an opportunity to take delivery of works produced by the Erea's woodwork CAPs: four potting tables and two planters on legs (adapted for wheelchair users).

The same operation then took place at the EREA with delegations from each school. A plaque was then laid with the following inscription: April 4, 2025, EREA-Envol friendship tree. The Envol educational farm welcomes young people aged 18 to 25 with disabilities.

A parakeet aviary in progress

For the past three years, the two organizations have been committed to reciprocity, with projects as diverse as they are varied. The first action took place when young people from l'Envol came to the store to learn how to operate a cash register, and how to make money. They learned how to operate a cash register, give change... A "sports" partnership was set up. Every Thursday, for two hours, the young people from Envol came to the Erea for sports activities. For their part, the CAP sanitary installation students repaired the sanitary fittings and the sink drain in the Envol kitchen. " It's a real-life situation," stresses Hélène Judalet, team coordinator at l'Envol.

At the moment, CAP carpentry students from the EREA in Changé are working on the construction of a parakeet aviary commissioned by l'Envol. Work began in early March. They will be building the general structure and a minimum of 16 frames. It measures 9 meters long, 3.20 wide and 2.50 high. It will be assembled on site.

For the coming year, further discussions will be held to pursue this partnership, which is synonymous with "beautiful exchanges".
