France/ Bonnétable. A successful forum for associations
Last Saturday, Bonnétable organized its associations forum at the Salle Mélusine.
The event attracted a large number of visitors who came to discover or renew their acquaintance with the commune's many sporting, cultural and social associations.
Some 50 associations make up the local fabric, and 32 of them were present at this year's event.
Babyhand
Participants were able to discover a number of new activities, including a babyhand section for children aged 4 to 6, which meets every Saturday morning from 10.30 to 11.15 am at the Bonnétable gymnasium. This initiative gives youngsters a fun introduction to handball. The club, whose membership is on the increase, is also calling for under-14s to finalize a team.

Two free trials at each club
The commune's sports clubs are doing well, and have attracted many requests for information. Each club offers two free trials.
Art
For art lovers, the "De l'Art pour Tous" association offers painting and sewing workshops. In partnership with the intercommunal cultural association, watercolor classes, led by Micheline Barret-Vaudry, are offered one full Wednesday a month. This year, Ateliers de Nico is also opening its doors for drawing and art classes.
This year's edition was a success, marked by a special moment for Nathalie Courtan, deputy in charge of associations, who decided to step down after several years of organizing the event (see elsewhere).
