France/Saujon: a public meeting on the Local Urban Plan

As part of the overall revision of the Local Urban Plan (PLU), the commune of Saujon will organize a general presentation on Thursday, January 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the Salicorne, with the assistance of the urban planning firm ID de ville based in Bordeaux.

The situation of Saujon is marked by the presence of water, with its constraints and its assets for the commune, and the positioning on a historical convergence of communication routes. The vectors of thermal and commercial development are as many structuring levers, without forgetting the housing policy and the intergenerational mix.

The current environmental stakes are reaffirmed in the chosen orientations, from the landscape framework of the commune to the preservation of the sensitive heritage. The presentation should specify the actions to be carried out in the framework of this project.
