France/Plounéour-Ménez. An agreement between Ploun'Patrimoine and Safti

The gloomy context of a prolonged health crisis encourages associations to look for original means of financing, given the great difficulty of organizing events to raise funds.

On the other hand, the real estate market is doing well. That's why the Ploun'Patrimoine association is partnering with Safti, a real estate network with a strong presence in the town. A win/win partnership.

The president of the association, Ernest Geréec, explains: In order to remedy the lack of income, new ideas are emerging. Ploun'Patrimoine has just signed a 3-year agreement with Cédric Derrien, an independent real estate consultant from the Safti network. The principle is simple, the association informs him of a property for sale in the town and if the transaction is completed, 10% of the fees received by the agent are paid to the intermediary.
