France/Languidic. A twinning project with Senegalese towns

As part of Lorient agglomération's international cooperation project, the commune is hosting a delegation from Senegal. Last Monday, the EMA auditorium hosted a discussion with the delegation.

The Senegalese delegation includes elected representatives from Kayar, Notto and Keur Moussa. We already met in November," says mayor Laurent Duval, "but if we want to set up a twinning arrangement, it's important to involve the local people, who are keen to discuss cultural issues and create synergies. A first project has already been launched with the commune. We decided to work together to make pasta from millet flour", says the mayor. A good start that promises other initiatives in the future.
