France/Auterive. A partnership agreement to promote emancipation and employment

Our commitment to professional integration took on a new dimension in January. The recent signing of a partnership agreement between the Association intercommunale de formation permanente (AIFP) and the Centre de formation professionnelle et de promotion agricole (CFPPA) d'Auterive marks a shared determination to strengthen the levers of emancipation in the region.

The only one of its kind in Haute-Garonne, the AIFP embodies a fine model of solidarity: thanks to the pooling of resources between member town councils, each commune has the tools it needs to provide concrete support to its constituents in their quest for qualifications.

This dynamic is bearing fruit," announces Monique Duprat, in her capacity as President of AIFP. From obtaining the Bafa certificate to passing the B driving license, from Citizen First Aid (PSC) training to specific qualification courses, AIFP's action transforms pooled budgets into real opportunities for a return to employment. The Chairman and Board members are delighted with the relevance of this scheme, which ensures that every euro invested directly benefits the future of local residents.

The alliance with the Auterive CFPPA is part of this continuity, with the aim of supporting an innovative project entitled "Ateliers verts au service des savoirs et de l'insertion".

The aim of this ambitious project is to help newcomers to France, particularly those benefiting from temporary international protection, to secure their long-term social and professional integration. As Monique Duprat points out, this collaboration goes beyond the technical framework to consolidate AIFP's mission of solidarity. By pooling the expertise of the CFPPA and local authorities, training becomes a driving force for social cohesion and an effective bulwark against precariousness."
