France/A partnership signed between the City and Fepem

On May 22, Mayor Nathalie Nury signed a partnership agreement with Fepem (Fédération des particuliers employeurs de France). The aim of this partnership is to provide Roquemaurois with easier access to information on home-based employment between private individuals, to make the home-based employment relationship more secure and to make this sector, with its growing needs, more attractive.

It's a sector that provides many local jobs, meeting the day-to-day needs of individual employers. With this in mind, the commune is committed to supporting the structuring of this employment model by joining forces with Fepem.

Through this partnership, Roquemaure will be able to share in the challenges of the sector and better respond to local needs. It will also be able to set up an information system on home-based employment between private individuals.

This will consist of a "Espace France emploi domicile" within the Frances services center, which will provide reliable, up-to-date information, enabling both individual employers and employees to find the right information and to understand their rights and obligations. Occasional events focusing on home-based employment will also be organized.
