Chad: ONAPE and Emi-Koussi University sign partnership agreement
As part of its activities, the Office National pour la Promotion de l'Emploi (ONAPE) signed a partnership agreement with Emi-Koussi University on Wednesday May 28, 2025. The agreement was signed by ONAPE director Nassouradine Abakar Kessou and the president of the university, Dr Naïmo Djimabaye Gatro.
The ceremony took place at the ONAPE headquarters in Bololo.
