"We gather at a crucial moment when challenges and opportunities meet in an ever-changing world. On this day, I would first of all like to express my gratitude to
each and every one of you, for your presence and your commitment to our common cause, the harmonious development of Kanzra", said BVSK president of BVSK Henri Seye, at a workshop to install the members of his board of directors, pointing out that "development in rural areas is community development".

For Henri Seye, his organization is bound by the desire to move forward together towards a better future for the localities of Kanzra, because, he said, "We are confronted with the challenges of underdevelopment, whether it's afis of underdevelopment, whether in the fields of economics, culture, education, or in any other sphere of development issues".

"These challenges demand collective action, a shared vision and an unshakeable commitment to the values that unite us", he said.BVSK members must be courageous, open-minded and creative in the face of this complex and dynamic reality.

"We must promote dialogue, mutual understanding and fraternal cooperation to meet the common challenges facing us in the Kanzra sub-prefecture. As leaders of the sub-prefecture, we have a responsibility to guide our people along the path of prosperity and progress, while ensuring that no one is left behind. We must listen carefully to the voices of the most vulnerable, defend everyone's rights, and work together to build Kanzra with determination and commitment," President Henri advised his fellow volunteer builders.
